Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, increase flexibility, improve balance, recover from an injury, address your personal health needs, and or excel in your sport, working with a personal trainer may be just what you need to move forward.   


No two people are alike, therefore no two programs should be alike. By assessing where you are, where you want to go, and what you specifically need to reach your goals, I will work with you as the individual you are. 


My extensive education and experience has offered me the opportunity to train clients from 7 - 91 years old, with individuals in private settings to groups of over 100. To see if I can help you reach your goals, please review the following summary of my education and training:

MA in Sport Psychology, with a focus on Performance Enhancement Techniques

  • Thesis: A Qualitative Study of The Use of Performance Enhancement Techniques Among High      Sensation Seekers In Sport

BA in Liberal Studies, with a minor in Psychology

  • Single Recipient of "Outstanding Scholarship in Psychology"
  • Undergrad Project: Running as an Effective Treatment for Reducing Mild to Moderate Forms of Depression

20+ years experience as a Personal Trainer and Sport Psychology Consultant

Wellness Program Coordinator

Created and implemented workshops and courses on "Developing Mental Game Plans for Marathoners" with Leukemia Society's "Team In Training" program.

Designed and conducted workshops on how to "Establish and Maintain Motivation for Exercise"
